Welcome to NIU SEA!
Northern Illinois University Student Education Association is our university's local chapter for the student IEA program. Our group is comprised of future educators, whether it be Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, etc. Our primary goal is to aide in professional development as well as prepare all future educators for the journey that lies ahead. Please feel free to look around and explore to see what NIU SEA is really all about!

**Upcoming Meetings**
Lincoln Residence Hall houses the Lincoln Commons, where all of our meetings will be held. You can find the Lincoln Commons just past A wing. If you are having a difficult time finding it, please do not be afraid to ask the Front Desk Staff, they would be happy to assist you!
- Tuesday September 24th at 7:00pm in the Lincoln Commons---This meeting will be a social
- Wednesday September 19th at 7:00pm in the Lincoln Commons----This meeting we will have a speaker come in
- Tuesday October 24th at 7:00pm in the Lincoln Commons---This meeting will have a social
- Wednesday October 24th in the Lincoln Commons--This will be a social
- Tuesday November 6th at 7:00pm in the Lincoln Commons---This will be a social
- Wednesday November 21st at 7:00pm in the Lincoln Commons---This meeting we will have a speaker
- Tuesday December 4th at 7:00pm in the Lincoln Commons--This will be our last meeting of the semester! Please come celebrate with us.
