Welcome
IEA Region 47 includes over 2,000 members from 27 local education associations in central Illinois.  Our schools "surround" the Capital City.  The Region holds regular Region Council meetings, training workshops, political action events, and other activities.  Our goal is to provide a great public education for all students.
