Training Services

The IEA-NEA Training Director helps to plan and conduct trainings and programs throughout the state. The Director is responsible for the development and delivery of services to: a) assist regions in developing on-going training programs at regional and local levels; b) conduct in-service training for the lEA Board of Directors,. the professional staff and associate staff; c) assist leaders and staff in the development of their personal training skills and training delivery; d) provide opportunities for members, leaders and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in the interest of public education and public school employees; e) extend opportunities for members throughout the state to receive training in a variety of topics including "Seven 1-labits, "Principle Centered Leadership" and others.
