Workshops & Webinars are based on requests from our regional offices and our members. To join a Webinar you will need a phone and a computer connected to the Internet. The trainings generally last between one and two hours, depending on the amount of questions and discussion.
If you have never participated in a webinar, they involve a presentation in which you simultaneously watch the video portion on your computer and listen to the audio portion on the telephone.
When you register for the presentation, you are sent an e-mail which contains a link to the conference website which contains the video, and a toll-free number to call for the audio.
Questions from the audience are taken by phone or by “chatting” through the computer.
You can log in at any time during the session.
