Have you filled out the pension survey? The deadline is noon Friday.
Â
As part of its ongoing effort to repeal laws that reduce retirement benefits for education employees, NEA has commissioned a survey on the Government Pension Offset (GPO) or Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP).
Â
While the anecdotal evidence of the devastating impact is strong, specific data about who is impacted, where they are located and how much money they are losing is necessary to convince Congress to act.
Â
The survey information is confidential.  Please click here to determine whether GPO/WEP affects you. We are committed to repeal GPO/WEP.
