Usually around this time of year, budget discussions are in full swing. However, these are not usual times and this is certainly not a usual year. The House and Senate are seemingly moving forward with separate budget proposals for FY 09. Teachers' Academy for Life-Long Learning

The 7th Annual Teachers’ Academy for Life-Long Learning (TALL) is scheduled for June 23-27, 2008 on the campus of Southern Illinois University Carbondale.  "What about the Arts? Weaving Them into the Curriculum" is the theme of the week long workshop. Join educators from throughout the state to gain knowledge and skills and to develop lessons that can used in the classroom.
