Wellness Accounts (forms and guidelines)
For all adjuncts who've taught at Triton College for at least seven semesters, the time period for submitting FM-WA3 and SP10 medical receipts requesting reimbursement of Wellness Account account monies earned based on this academic year's "semesters taught" and "educational level attained" ONLY, will be May 15, 2010 - June 15, 2010. The submission deadline for forms related to other activities requiring pre-approval is expected to be in April 2010.
Course Assignment Forms
The deadline for submission of the summer 2010 term and fall 2010 semester Adjunct Faculty Request for Assignment forms was 12:00 Noon, February 28, 2010. The forms are still available and can be accessed by clicking above.
Longevity BonusesLongevity bonus checks are issued to qualified adjuncts at the close of the fall and spring semesters, and the summer term. It is expected that spring 2010 semester checks will be issued in June 2010.
