Welcome
We are the ROWVA Education Association, a 54 member local, non-profit voluntary association that continuously promotes public education in the State of Illinois. We strive to create an environment to cooperate with parent-teachers associations and other civic bodies having educational objectives and to aid in interpreting to the public the problems, the functions, and the steady progress of public schools.
