DREAM – Martin Luther King Jr. dared to dream and began to step forth to achieve his dream.  It is the opinion of the union that we too should dream.  We discussed our dreams as a union and more specifically as teachers of the union.  The issues of - minutes for lunch – walking our students to the bus every day – scheduling IEP meetings to minimize substitute problems…these are important, yet, as trained professional educators, we should be aiming higher.  As union leaders, we dared to dream big and we encourage you to step forth and share your dreams with us as well…
