Renewal for Illinois Schools and Education (RISE)
The 2004 updated version of the Illinois Education Association’s Renewal for Illinois Schools and Education, or RISE program. RISE is the foundation that guides our efforts and helps us better communicate our priorities to policy-makers at the local, state and federal levels.
Illinois Education Association is an association of more than 130,000 members composed of Illinois elementary and secondary teachers, higher education faculty and staff, educational support professionals, retired educators and college students preparing to become teachers.
