The Executive Director is responsible for managing the professional and associate staff retained by the Association at the direction of the President and the Board of Directors. Other duties include the development of the proposed budget each year and the implementing of policies and programs developed by the Association leadership. The Executive Director is assisted by twelve other management staff members in implementing the Association’s goals and programs.
