Here’s how it works.
Fill out and submit the form to obtain a username and password.
(Be sure to use a valid email address.
Your email address will be used to set up your account and to send you your username and password.)
Complete the Lessons
When you receive your username and password, you will also receive a link to the CustomGuide login screen. Login, select the course you want, and follow the directions on the screen.
Get CPDUs
When you have completed one or more chapters, fill out and submit the form below requesting your CPDU certificate. You will receive 1 CPDU for each chapter completed. (You must complete all lessons in the Chapter in order to receive a CPDU.)
Custom Guide Sign Up and Support
Please fill out the form. Let us know if you need: 1. a new online computer training account, 2. your CPDU certificate or 3. assistance with the online training. New accounts will be created and your account information will be emailed to you. (Including the name of your IEA local with your request may help speed the process.)
