Themes of organizational action and member empowerment hightlighted this year's Summer Leadership Academy in Normal.  The conference, July 30 through August 1, drew over 550 IEA activists from thoughout the state.  The conference featured sessions on employee advocacy, school improvement and the IEA Invest in Excellence campaign.  View photos from the event
