Quinn, Hynes on "teacher unions"

Gov. Pat Quinn and his leading Democrat opponent, Comptroller Dan Hynes, are making campaign appearances at candidate forums, discussing their positions on a variety of issues.

WLS-TV in Chicago, posted this report on the appearance at the Union League Club last month and includes both candidates speaking about two-tiering of state employee pensions.
